Meet face to face
If and when possible, we will offer face-to-face consultations. This will be available for both initial consultations and follow-up appointments. The clinic where we carry out face-to-face appointments is based in Bristol. However, in light of the COVID-19 situation and the continuously changing government guidelines, we highly recommend you to choose our simple and secure virtual consultation service. Learn more about virtual appointments here.
In face-to-face appointments, blood samples will be collected at the time of your initial consultation. This will be either with a finger-prick or with a standard blood test. You can request a copy of your blood test results during your follow-up appointment after your initial consultation. Read more about blood tests here.
A doctor is legally responsible for every prescription given out. For your safety and for the Doctor’s professional status, the clinic cannot do prescriptions without first seeing a patient or without having seen a patient within 12 months and with recent bloods dated within 6 months.
For your safety we aim to minimize physical contact. Therefore, we highly recommend our simple and secure virtual consultation service. However, should a face-to-face consultation be arranged, the doctor will wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and the room will be sanitized before and after each patient. You will also be asked to wear a face mask.
